Q: How can I place my order?

 

A: Orders can be placed

-         online via our website at www.kidsdeli.com

-         by fax on 305-233-2326 (please make use

     of the fax forms on our website)

-         or by phone on 305-278-6544

Q: How can I place my order online?

A: It's really simple!

The first step is to select your School from the tab "Choose your School" on the left side of the screen. Click on the "arrow" and select your Child's School.

Once you have selected the School, the system loads your Child's School Calendar. (Calendar includes most School events and holidays)

Select the month for which you want to order the Kids Deli Lunchbox.

At Kids Deli we offer three different plans: Full School Year, Monthly or Weekly Plan. 

Once you have selected your plan, fill in your Child's name, select the grade and fill in the homeroom if applicable at your Child's School.

The system will automatically retrieve our "daily selection" options. To see recommended daily menu, click on "Menu & Prices" tab on our homepage. If you wish to customize the daily menu, click on the down arrows next to the daily meal, drink, fruit and select from the different alternatives suggested.

Select "Add to Cart" when you are done, the system will take you back to the School Calendar to continue shopping. If you would like to order an additional Week or Month or order for another Child, repeat the above procedure.

When you are finished ordering, check your order and select the "Checkout" option of the Shopping Cart menu at the top left side of your screen.

If you are a first time shopper, create an account by inputting your email and password. You will be required to create a client profile. This info will be stored with your email. You will only be required to input this once.  Thereafter, the system will directly proceed to payment.

If you are an existing customer, log into your account using your email and password previously created. It is important that you input the email address and password exactly as originally created. Please note it is case sensitive. Thereafter, the system will directly proceed to payment.

Q: My child's school is not in the selection, what do I do?

A: We would like to hear from you, select "ADD a New School" from the 'Links" menu on the left side of the screen and complete the information with the School details. You can also call us directly instead.

Q: Where can I write a special note to send in my Child's lunchbox?

A: Once you have completed the ordering process, you are able to access this feature. You can write a different note every day, please ensure that you write the note the prior evening of the delivery.

Q: How late can I place my order?

 

A: All orders need to be placed by the THURSDAY prior to the week for which the order is being placed.

 

Q: How can I confirm whether my order has been placed?

 

A: You will receive an email notification and order number when you place your order. You can also review your order history by visiting kidsdeli.com. Go to “MY ACCOUNT”. Alternatively you can email us on corporate@kidsdeli.com or call us on 305-278-6544.

 

Q: How can I make menu changes to my order?

 

All menu changes need to be made by the Thursday prior to week for which the order is being placed. For all orders placed for more than 1 week you will receive a coupon code with your email confirmation. To make menu changes you will be required to re-input your entire order for the week you wish to change. Please input the coupon code in the relevant area. This will ensure that you are not charged. Please ensure that all details of the child are as per the original order. It is also important that the coupon code is exactly as per the email order confirmation received.

Q: What forms of payment are accepted?

A: We accept the following credit cards Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

 

Q: Is the website secure?

 

A: Absolutely! We use advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology to protect our customers.

 

Q: What is your privacy policy?

 

A: Kidsdeli.com takes your privacy seriously. When you order we ask for information such as your name and email address. We also collect payment for products online via your preferred credit card. We will in no way share your personal information with anyone outside of kidsdeli.com. Your business is very important to us and we take every precaution to insure your privacy.

 

Q: What is kidsdeli.com return policy?

 

A: We promise 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with the quality of our product or your product is spoiled or damaged upon receipt, or it is not exactly as per what was ordered, please contact us within 24 hours. We will then determine what type of refund you qualify for. Please allow 30 days from the time you contact us for the refund credit to appear on your credit card statement.

 

Q: Will I be refunded for non-delivery due to a Hurricane? 

 

A: In cases of non-delivery due to a Hurricane, we will issue a refund in the form of a coupon to be used against future purchases. This will only apply when we have received two days advanced notice from your school.

 

Q: How can I cancel my order?

 

A: Once you receive your e-mail confirmation and purchase order number you cannot cancel your order.

 

Should circumstances warrant it and where we have received reasonable notice we will consider a refund in the form of a coupon to be used against future purchases. We endeavor to ensure that school time tables are at all times complete and up to date. Where we have not been duly informed of a school event and delivery takes place we will unfortunately not be able to issue a refund/coupon.

 

Should you wish to cancel a Weekly, Monthly or Full School Year Plan please notify us at least 2 weeks prior to the beginning of the week/month from which you wish to cancel. Please allow 30 days from the time you contact us for the refund to appear on your credit card. Please note a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from any amount refunded.

 

Q: What is the Monthly Automatic Renewal Program?

 

A: Kidsdeli.com offers a service whereby we input your orders for you on a monthly basis. Menu selections are made by reviewing your account history. Alternatively you can email us a monthly menu selection at corporate@kidsdeli.com or call us on 305-278-6544.

 

Q: How do I enroll in the Monthly Automatic Renewal Program?

 

A: Simply send us an email at corporate@kidsdeli.com requesting to be included in the Monthly Automatic Renewal Program. Should you wish to discontinue the service please notify us via email at least 2 weeks prior to the beginning of the month for which you wish to cancel.
